Outgas Analyzer
Our outgassing measurement apparatus allows qualitative and quantitative measurement to evaluate the outgassing performance of materials. In addition to outgassing rate measurement, the residual gas composition can be identified by a quadrupole mass spectrometer (QMS) simultaneously. It is robust, simple to operate and suitable for use in a variety of industrial applications. The whole system can be customized to comply with individual customer requirements.
