NewSUBARU Beamline 05 is used to promote the use of analysis for industrial applications. This is a Soft X-ray beamline for XAFS (X-ray absorption fine structure: NEXAFS, EXAFS) measurements. For example it can be used to analyze the distance between adjacent atoms and chemical bonding state of elements in materials.
